- The assignment of rights form must be completed by the unit owner (landlord) for each adult tenant occupying the unit together with tenant/lease information specified under A.R.S. § 33-1806.01(C).
- The completed form must be on file in the Casa Fiesta administrative office before a renter/tenant may use any Casa Fiesta amenity on common grounds including swimming pool gate key issue.
