Individual townhouse unit water services and routine payment is managed through Casa Fiesta's contracted third-party vendor Utility Submetering Services, LLC (USS). All payments for monthly water consumption by a townhouse unit owner must be made to USS. 

 

NOTE: DO NOT inquire of the City of Phoenix or the Casa Fiesta business office concerning water service account billing or transfer at Casa Fiesta. Water use billing and any related questions should be directed to USS at their offices listed below.

Upon receipt of a copy of a recorded title deed transferring ownership of a Casa Fiesta townhouse, the Casa Fiesta administrative office will automatically inform USS of the ownership transfer. This action will cause USS to start billing the new owner for water consumption as of the date of the recorded deed. Any outstanding water bill from a townhouse's previous owner must be handled through the seller's title company in the escrow account process.
