The painting of Casa Fiesta needs to be a priority especially along 19th avenue as well as the dumpsters surrounds. Painting should be done every 10 years and the back of the buildings need painting.

Add speed bumps to south drive. (Editor's note: Requires City Permission -- CF had installed them previously but City made CF remove them.)

The clubhouse absolutely needs to be refurbished and available to residents for rental.

The exterior of the buildings, what everyone sees first in our community needs attention before anything else. Repairs to gates, paint buildings and front doors. Then desert landscaping.

Upgrade security lighting.
Install security cameras especially for areas viewing vehicle gates and dumpsters.
Sweep driveways quarterly.
Re-institute additional summer staff (cut 2017) to speed up painting of buildings.
Paint front doors that receive the most sun.
Repair decorative red roof tiles.

Need to start thinking of roofing repairs/resealing. I do have some leaking.

-As trees mature and are being cut down there should be a plan for replacing them.
-The rose gardens along the sidewalks by pool could be filled in for safety sake to prevent residents from falling, which I've observed. Roses are high maintenance.
-Plan annual complex clean-up days and provide specific tasks for volunteer residents to work on. We all should take pride in our home.

The 19th ave gate needs to either be repaired or permanently closed. Security lighting needs to be put in. Buildings need to be repainted and the landscaping (bare patches of grass, dead trees/bushes) need to be addressed before any sort of remodel to the clubhouse is done.

1. building painting/patching with stucco, etc.
2. roof repairs, sealant, removing pigeon feces, replacing and installing red decorative tiles the correct way.
3. security cameras/lighting
